You will also have time to ask questions during your appointment.

Reverends Jane Anderson-Ross and Charles Ross invite you to a deep restful sound immersion, with cascading sounds of crystal singing bowls, Asian gongs, tinkling chimes, gentle ocean waves, drumming, and to soothe, calm, and settle the body, mind, and spirit.

Jane's background of many years in the study and practice of Ancient Healing Arts, and Charles' lifelong involvement in professional musical endeavors, combine for a fully immersive Soundscape experience allowing for peace and coherance.
The sound immersion will last about 50 minutes, and then continue with Yoga Nidra; a nurturing Body Sensing meditation guiding us back, where we will offer open hearted sacred sharing time.
You may enjoy the immersion in a seated position or on the floor. Bring a mat if desired.
